Lubna Reece Agency Director/QP Lubna started this Agency in 1998 with a vision of providing exceptional in-home care service to the people of Guilford County. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Mumbai. Lubna is the Agency's Qualified Professional (QP) and is responsible for client and staff supervisions. She is responsible for the Agency's compliance with all North Carolina State and Guilford County rules and regulations. She is responsible for establishing Agency policies and procedures to ensure that all Agency employees are qualified and properly vetted for their duties. |

Lynn Taylor Agency Performance Manager/QP Lynn has been working with our Agency since March 2009. She has a Masters Degree in Public Health from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Lynn assists the Agency Director in the development of Performance Standards and supporting documents to enhance the Agency's outcomes. She also assists in the development of measurement tools for analyzing the agency's performance including internal and external surveys, assists in annual and on-going risk assessment, assists in the development of marketing strategies and public relations efforts. Lynn schedules and conducts all trainings per Agency schedules and needs. She is also responsible for client and staff supervisions. |
Office Manager Trish has been working with our Agency since September 2011. She has a Bachelor's in Sociology from University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Trish is responsible for the recruitment, vetting and certification tracking of all contract personnel. She also does all caregiver placement and scheduling. |

Tina Euforbia Assistant Office Manager Tina has been working with our Agency since February 2009. She has an Associate's Degree in Accounting from Colorado Technical University. Tina is responsible for maintaining accurate and auditable records for the Agency, ensuring remittances are accurate and done per Agency and EDS requirements, maintaining all caregiver and client files and assisting the office manager with day to day caregiver scheduling. |
